Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. Who should I send the photo of my pet to?

    You may send the photo to Briana Foster at bfoster@arflife.orgPlease also include the name of your pet as well as your preferred background color.

2. How long will the class take?

    Each painting typically takes up to 3 hours to complete.

3. How old do you have to be take the class?

    All classes are now open to individuals 13 years or older. However, minors must be accompanied by an adult. 

4. Where is the class located?

    Each class will take place at ARF’s headquarters: 2890 Mitchell Dr. Walnut Creek, CA 94598. You may park in the lot out front.

5. Am I allowed to bring my dog?

    While we would love to have your dog accompany you, we do not allow dogs or any other animals due to the small and messy nature of the event. However, you are more than welcome to stroll around the cat and dog condos once you finish your painting. Adoptions are open on Saturday!

6. Who is the artist?

Refund Policy

You may receive a full refund up until three weeks before the class. After the deadline, no refunds will be given if you need to cancel. Photos are due two weeks before the class. If we do not get your picture by the due date, you forfeit your seat.
